Kobus van der Westhuizen
Kobus is a renowned customer service and contact centre strategist and passionate about customer service. He has more than 20 years’ experience in customer service and contact centre improvement consulting, analytics and supply chain optimisation.

His experience includes the development of Customer Experience
strategies and service improvement for more than 30 brands globally.
Kobus also held executive positions, as well as consulted to large global BPO companies such as CCN and Aegis.
François
Pienaar
Francois Pienaar, born and educated in South Africa is world-renowned for his depth of leadership expertise and many impressive accomplishments.
​
Best known for leading South Africa to victory in the 1995 Rugby World Cup; a highly revered and successful businessman; renowned and respected television commentator and a passionate philanthropist, are but a few phrases that are synonymous with this South African icon.
Francois is the Founder and CEO of Advent Sport Entertainment and Media Pty Ltd and also Founder and CEO of The Make a Difference Leadership Foundation.
Francois holds law degrees from the University of Johannesburg as well as an honorary doctorate from the University of Hertfordshire.
Andile Khumalo
Andile Khumalo is a seasoned entrepreneur and Chartered Accountant (SA) with 20 years of finance and business experience. He primarily invests in growth companies operating in Technology, Media, Telecommunications and Financial Services.

Andile serves as Chairman of investee companies Ince and Brave Group. He started his career at Deloitte and in 2002 he joined Investec as an investment banker before starting his first business and eventually becoming a partner at MSG Afrika in 2007. After spending 11 years as a shareholder and COO of the media group, he exited MSG Afrika to start KhumaloCo in early 2018.

Andile has served in various non-executive roles over the years, including as a member of the Takeover Regulations Panel, a member of the Directorate of Market Abuse, a director of South African Airways, and President of ABASA. In 2013, Andile founded I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR, a national programme that helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses. He serves as a fellow of The Centre for African Management and Markets at The Gordon Institute of Business Science and regularly writes and speaks on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Transformation.
Craig Shalekoff
Craig Shalekoff has over 20 years BPO experience. with a proven track record, with ‘hands on’ experience, in developing and implementing major transformation projects and efforts involving large international BPO organisations.
Craig has run multiple IT departments and has worked across Africa and Asia Pacific building multiple global networks. His project management has had him deliver the All Africa Games, built VISA centres for the British High Commission and deliver contact centres from international BPO players throughout Africa.

Craig holds dual roles as head of solutions for Dealco as well as using his PRINCE II Practitioner certification to oversee large projects.

Nicholas O'Connor
Nick is s seasoned executive with many Top 100 companies such as Super Group and Ascensos over the past 30 years.
Specialising in operations and supply chain optimisation, Nicholas has focused the past few years on managing technology operations as well as deploying BPO operations across 5 different countries in Africa for one of the largest BPO companies globally including Digital Tribe and Ascensos.

Nicholas also has vast experience in developing International call centre and BPO opportunities in Southern Africa
